Instructions For Using MultiSPOT ™ Combination Wet-Dry Spotter
For Use At The Spotting Board For All Solvents
When Used As A Pre-spotter:
- Apply MultiSPOT directly to stain.
- Work into stain with a spatula or spotting brush.
- When soil is loosened or removed from fabric, flush with water or steam.
- Dry or level and continue with the drycleaning process.
When Used As A Post-spotter:
- Apply MultiSPOT directly to stain.
- Work into stain with a spatula or spotting brush.
- When soil is loosened or removed from fabric, flush with water or
- steam. Feather dry and finish.

Pre-Treat for Easy Soil Removal Heavy grease, oil, cosmetics, inks and foods are all stains that drycleaning in perc alone may not remove. However, when you pre-treat the stain with MultiSPOT these soils can be removed in the cleaning machine. Simply spray or brush MultiSPOTon stains and soil prior to cleaning, allow to penetrate and then clean – no need to flush on the board. MultiSPOT rinses stains out easily in the wheel while improving cleaning performance of the drycleaning system. |
Reduce Re-Cleans and Avoid Rings Re-cleans are costly not only in terms of workflow and productivity, but your profits as well. To reduce re-cleans simply apply MultiSPOT on soiled areas before cleaning and get all your clothes clean the first time. MultiSPOT controls water, so when wet-side stain removal techniques are employed, MultiSPOT is self-leveling, helping to avoid redeposition and spotting rings. Directions for Use
As a Pre-Treatment and Solvent Activator
1. MultiSPOT can be sprayed or brushed on to quickly cover larger areas. Use spray bottle to apply full strength. Completely saturate the area needing treatment or use a brush and spotting bowl.
2. Areas of heavy soil may require tamping.
3. Allow MultiSPOT several minutes to penetrate and go to work.
4. Do not flush, simply dryclean.
As a Leveling Agent
1. Thoroughly flush wet-side agent from garment.
2. Using vacuum and air from spotting gun remove excess moisture.
3. Apply MultiSPOT liberally over the Pre-spotted area.
4. Do not flush or dry, simply dryclean
As a Post-Spotting Agent
1. Apply MultiSPOT directly to stain.
2. Work into stain with a spatula or spotting brush.
3. When soil is loosened or removed from fabric, flush with water or steam. Feather dry and finish.
Please Note: MultiSPOT is safe to use on most colors and fabrics. If color fastness is
questionable, test garment in a hidden area.
