Instructions for Using Gelatone™
SPRAY METHOD
After cleaning, Gelatone may be sprayed directly on fabrics either during pressing or in advance of pressing. If the fabric should dry before pressing, a light water spray at the press will provide the moisture necessary to relax wrinkles and ease finishing.
For spray application, mix Gelatone concentrate with water in a ratio of 1:8. For example, add 3 pints (48 ounces) Gelatone to 3 gallons water for use in a 5 gallon spray tank.
Adjust air pressure to give the desired spray pattern. Most users prefer a setting of 60 psig. Avoid higher pressures as excessive mist and overspray may result.
IMMERSION METHOD
When preparing an immersion bath of Gelatone, the concentration of Gelatone may be varied to produce the desired finish effect. Start with a concentration of 1:32. For example, mix 4 ounces Gelatone per gallon of water. Stronger concentrations will give a more pronounced finish effect. Immerse the fabric in the finish bath, extract lightly and dry.
LAUNDRY WASHER METHOD
Gelatone may also be applied in the laundry washer. Add 4 fluid ounces of Gelatone for each gallon of water in the laundry washer at the beginning of the rinse cycle.

Give Your Customers Professionally Finished Garments with Gelatone.
Customers notice detail, and when the look and feel of their garments is improved, you can be sure they’ll appreciate it.
Certain fabrics need more fabric finish to restore their crispness and freshness. Gelatone is a water-soluble fabric finish for professional application to both drycleaned and laundered fabrics, and is particularly effective in restoring the original look and feel to hard-to-finish fabrics such as cotton, linen, ramie, silk, and rayon.
Gelatone leaves a lasting impression on your customers and helps lower finishing costs.
Easy to Use.
Gelatone mixes easily with water and remains stable in solution. Professional spray tank systems can provide an easy, uniform application of Gelatone. Gelatone may also be applied using the immersion method. High quality, professional results can be achieved either way.
Safe and Effective for all Fabrics.
Gelatone is transparent, so it will not discolor garments; they will stay true and bright. And it’s safe for all materials - synthetics, naturals, or blends.
Helps Lower Finishing Costs.
Pressing is faster because it’s easier to restore the original look to garments treated with Gelatone.
Adds Noticeable Body.
Gelatone restores the crisp, fresh look to fabrics and makes them feel and look like new.
Helps Garments Resist Wrinkling.
